Each year my girls make something for their teacher to give to them at the end of the year. They do this to show their appreciation for the time they have spent in class, and as a thank you for the discoveries that they have made. After the gift is complete, we wrap them: coloured paper and ribbons show that these gifts have been made and wrapped with love.
I enjoy receiving gifts that are wrapped with care and creativity; and take pleasure in the bright colours and beauty.
Do you enjoy receiving gifts wrapped with love?
(This post was inspired by the prompt for the Weekly Photo Challenge at WordPress.com. The prompt this week is love)

Good choice to fit the theme!
Thank you ::)

Beautiful moment shared. Thanks.
Glad you enjoyed the beautifully wrapped gifts
I love the colory effect of the gift ribbons. And I would love to receive gifts of love too!
Aren’t they beautiful? We couldn’t decide on the colour of the ribbon to use therefore we opted for multi-colour
I love beautifully wrapped gifts. When I am a gazillionaire I want a “wrapping room” with a huge table in the middle, just for this task!
And don’t you love wrapping them? I find it can be quite creative – especially when you have all the paper, cards and ribbon that your heart desires!
Exactly. The making/giving is SO much more fun than receiving!

Yeah, I love nicely wrapped gifts. The thought that went with the wrapping almost speaks as loudly as the gift itself. Even the plainest gift becomes a little special with the care put in wrapping it.
It surely does – it shoes that time and effort has been spent on its creation.
I love great wrapping, but often find myself short of time when it’s time to present a gift. I guess I forget how long it can take to do a really creative job!
Yes, it does take time to create something beautiful. Though practice does mean perfect as I have watched someone create a beautifully wrapped gift in almost a blink of an eye. But she does do it often
The trick is to have what you need at hand. I always mean to keep the wrapping things together, but it doesn’t always work out!

OH men! When I was an instructor, I never got a gift. Then again, I was teaching adults.
I guess the gift I got are the result of zero failure.
This seems to happen only with the younger kids. When I taught high school I never received one either
Very well perspective of ‘love’… I like it…
Blessing to you and your family… !!
Thank you Bams
Those look so beautiful, Colline.
Thank you. My girls enjoyed helping me wrap them. We liked them so much, we had to take a picture
Nice touch by the girls!
I am sure they added a touch of creativity to the array of gifts on the teachers’ desks
A thoughtful and delightful idea, must give the children great pleasure in showing their appreciation.
Emu
They are always so excited to give their teacher something they have created themselves.
what a wonderful idea…a great reward for all the work teachers do
I am sure the teachers appreciate it too – at least we hope they do
You shared with your daughters a priceless gift of giving and showing gratitude those who touched their lives. Beautiful gifts. I bet their teachers was smiling and beaming with joy. Best wishes to your family.
I know the one teacher keeps her hand painted vase on her desk
